   Bonjour loves, I have a new outfit post for you! This {ootd} is just a happy spring look! I went bold with the colors for this look, because I just recently bought this cute little headband and wanted to base an outfit off of it's colors. The flowers that are on it are royal blue (which is why I choose my skirt), and neon pink (which is why I paired my skirt with the pink skinny belt). There are more fun colors on it, but I can't be a walking rainbow, so I just went with B&W for the rest of my look!
